What is a Head to Toe treatment?
The ultimate relaxation experience
For a longer, more deeply restorative experience, I now offer Indian Head Massage combined with Reflexology. Bringing together two wonderfully relaxing complementary therapies, this treatment allows you to enjoy soothing massage alongside gentle reflexology, creating a beautiful head-to-toe wellbeing experience.
This combination is perfect if you are looking to truly switch off, unwind and reconnect with yourself. Your treatment can either take place in the calm surroundings of my garden cabin in Yeovil, giving you the space and time to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply relax. Or if you prefer I can come to you allowing you to find peace and calm in the comfort of your own home.
What can you expect in a session?
As with all treatments I will first carry out a consultation so that I can properly tailor the treatment to your own needs. This may be done before the treatment appointment on the phone, or at our first session.
For visits to you in your home I will bring everything we need with me. For foot reflexology I will need socks and shoes removed and will be working around the feet and ankles. This will involve gentle touch and some pressure. For the Indian Head Massage part of the treatment I will usually ask you to slip clothing off of your shoulders so that I can apply oils to enhance the treatment. I will provide a sarong that you can wrap around you so that you are fully comfortable.
Alternatively, if you prefer you can visit me in the Willow Studio at my home in Yeovil and enjoy this amazing wellbeing self-care treatment in a quiet garden setting.
