Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that things happen and you may have to change your booking. However, I do ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellations in order that others can ustilise that space. Unfortunately any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. Missed appointments will also be billed at full rates.
